Isaac Kelebeile
Managing Director
Isaac is currently tasked with the development and implementation of the organisational strategic direction for sales & marketing department with particular focus on delivering and cultivating customer centricity across the organisation. He is also leading the IT & Operations department and ensures seamless customer experience from the moment the customer signs up to service provisioning and beyond. Isaac has vast experience in the field of telecommunication, information technology and customer service having worked for Botswana Telecommunications Corporation for over 20 years where he rose through the ranks and eventually managed Sales – Corporate and Government Accounts department.
Isaac is a graduate of the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa (CGISA) specialising in Company Secretaryship and Corporate Governance. He also holds a post-graduate qualification in Company Administration and Governance from the same institute. He further holds a Management Development Program (MDP) from Stellenbosch University, South Africa. On the technical front he holds a Higher National Diploma in Telecommunications and is currently pursuing Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) through the University of South Wales. Isaac holds a certificate in digital marketing from Amit University
Isaac is an Associate member of The Chartered Institute of Business Management and a member of the Institute of Directors South Africa (IoDSA).
Bogosi Gabonnwe
Chairman of the Board
Bogosi is a multi-skilled Chairman of the Board for CENE Media. He is tasked with leading a multi-talented CENE Media team. Bogosi is responsible for the strategic direction of the entire organisation with particular focus on delivering a highly profitable and sustainable organisation and to nature a high performing and service-oriented team. Mr Bogosi Gabonnwe boasts more than 16 years’ experience in many facets of technology delivery. He has had a fast-tracked career path, having started as a Network Analyst in the Department of Information Technology (DIT) and within three years hitting assistant manager position. More than 12 years of Mr Gabonnwe’s career have been in management roles. These roles have given Mr Gabonnwe a 360 degrees exposure having taken him through a myriad of industries including banking, education, research and development, mining and telecommunications.
Mr Gabonnwe has worked for some of the most esteemed organisations in the country including Bank of Botswana, University of Botswana, Debswana, NAFTEC and Discovery Metals, holding key positions in each one. His leadership has seen him transform and make impactful change in these organisations through systematic, innovative and customer focused approach.
At the core, Mr Gabonnwe is a technical wizard. He has an unwavering passion for technology, especially software development. He has in the past developed enterprise-grade software for the tourism industry in the form of hotel management and point of sale systems. He holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management from the University of Derby (UK) and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Portsmouth (UK). From joining the company in 2015, he grown through the ranks within ConceroTel Botswana, part of the CENE group, from IT Manager to Chief Technical Officer to Chief Executive Officer and now Chairman of the Board.
Metlha Ishmael Mokwena
Board Director
Ishmael is Board Director. He oversees the financial direction of the organization including being the head of the company’s finance department, exploring markets for possible growth strategies including valuation, sizing, and funding options to secure such opportunities.
Mr. Mokwena has over 14 years of experience in increasingly responsible roles within the finance sector after earlier roles with Cellulant and others.
His career has encompassed financial leadership, the development & implementation of financial (and commercial strategy), building / leading / training great teams, turning-around loss-making companies, introducing highly effective new systems & processes, setting up new finance departments, financial reporting leadership, financial analysis, liaising with external auditors, fund raising, negotiating with creditors and leading pitches to potential investors. Mr. Mokwena is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Metlha is an excellent communicator with impeccable presentation and negotiation skills. His team would describe him as a transformative finance leader.
